Whether the obstacles you face are large or small, we will work together to learn about your needs, create goals, and take meaningful steps towards positive change.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am completing a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am currently offering low cost counselling sessions in addition to pro-bono sessions (for those experiencing financial difficulties).
